Over the duration of this 4-week course, you will learn:
the meaning and benefits of mindfulness and meditation
to cultivate mindful awareness to see how the things in our life cause stress and mindful practices designed to ease such stress
mindfulness practices that can be integrated into daily life
to develop or deepen a meditation practice that can work for you day after day
More Details:
Each class 75 minute class will be a combination of practice, lecture, group feedback and discussion. The class is taught in a supportive in-person group community that consists of no more than eight to ten participants.
Course requirements:
Participants must make a 4-week commitment to the workshop
