Sound Healing to Support Pregnancy
Best in a series of 3 -- one in the 2nd Trimester, 3rd Trimester, and 4th Trimester, even 1-2 sessions can help calm and support those who are pregnant, developing (and newborn) babies, and partners. Using a variety of instruments including bells, cello, chimes, ocean drum, Gong, Japanese Rin Gongs, singing bowls and more, this sound journey takes place in our group treatment room in one of 6 supportive zero gravity chairs.
All are welcome (including partners and newborn babies), but Sound Healing is not recommended for those in the 1st trimester!

Mindfulness for Daily Life

Over the duration of this 4-week course, you will learn:
the meaning and benefits of mindfulness and meditation
to cultivate mindful awareness to see how the things in our life cause stress and mindful practices designed to ease such stress
mindfulness practices that can be integrated into daily life
to develop or deepen a meditation practice that can work for you day after day
More Details:
Each class 75 minute class will be a combination of practice, lecture, group feedback and discussion. The class is taught in a supportive in-person group community that consists of no more than eight to ten participants.
